Workshop Preparation

To prep for this deep work, you need only yourself, your breath and your openness to the unknown. We recommend bringing headphones, a blanket, a journal and any supportive healing allies that you like to have on hand. Make sure to join from a quiet, private space where you can lie down and feel comfortable expressing emotion and sound.

Online Workshop

Join Los Angeles based, world-renowned healer and wellness leader Millana Snow, for a powerful breathwork and energy healing meditation to activate your natural abundance within. During this transformative meditation session, you will tap into your inner power and knowing, moving through years worth of blocks and old programming that may be holding you back from the life you desire.

Altered states create altered traits -- through breathwork (a style of altered breathing pattern) and energy healing (a practice that clears and opens blocked energy in chakras), we will go deep into the subconscious to examine old patterns around abundance and then shift those patterns to create a new reality for ourselves. Prepare for this healing session by setting your intentions with an open heart and mind to share safe space to heal, breathe and release to grow. Attendees will leave feeling clear and energized to explore their own personal path of abundance with ease.

Online via Zoom. This is an online video/audio workshop via Zoom. Please make sure to have the latest version downloaded.

Audio Recording Included (limited-time access). An audio replay will be shared via email 24-48 hours after the workshop. It will expire one week after the workshop takes place and is not downloadable.
