It is truly an act of courage to make the decision to go within and empower yourself. It is the bravery of the feminine warrior that undertakes the internal crusade to seek who she is at her very essence! Women have for long been oppressed and their true power and wisdom negated. This women’s workshop is an invitation to reclaim your power, to find your authentic voice, speak your truth and follow your heart! We will use the breath to release the limited beliefs and patterned stories that keep us in loops, keep us small and that create a false sense of identity. The power of the breath will guide you to connect to your highest selves, your power within and align with your true calling! Join together in remembering who you already are. The answers are within you!
Susan is a Certified Breathwork facilitator. She aides in the body's ability to heal itself from emotional wounds through the Breathwork technique. With an open heart, Susan guides you through a transformative emotional detox. Her goal is for you to experience a love for yourself. One that is deeply healing. Opening you up to a lighter, grounded renewed awareness.
*Bring a yoga mat, blanket, eye covering and journal and pen.
