Once the dust settles, the feeling of relief after letting go of something can be incredibly liberating. Do you have something to surrender & release? A relationship that's no longer holding you. A living situation that you've outgrown. A tired habit of locking yourself out of the house. Maybe you know something has to change but you aren't sure of what. It can often be difficult to muster up the clarity and courage to begin cutting these ties. The beauty of this monthly workshop is that it provides a secure, structured, communal space for attendees to periodically explore and release stagnant energy, making room in their lives for new pursuits and ways of existing. Join Tessie as she guides the group in settings specific intentions through a series of short writing exercises; envisioning the process of letting go via guided meditation; and finally, attendees will have the opportunity to share their experience and reap the benefits of uniting in community by witnessing and/or being witnessed. At this point, maybe glimmers of freedom will be felt. As the workshop comes to a close the group will hopefully have a fresh and inspired understanding of “out with the old and in with the new.”

Tessie Barresi is a healer, artist, activist, intentional event coordinator and bomb-ass party host. She strives to create warm, safe, playful spaces where tools, resources and community are accessible to all people. Tessie is currently developing her clairsentience (clear-feeling) through her metaphysical & administrative work at Spirit House Collective. She aims to help others get in touch with their own innate wisdom by using her empathic abilities. Tessie’s offerings include freelance admin for spiritual entrepreneurs, intuitive tarot readings, guided meditation sessions and a variety of workshops addressing health, wellness and responsible living.
