October holds great potential for manifestation and abundance if we are living in alignment with our deepest values. To foster this connection to our highest intentions and our infinite selves, we will journey into the mental space of neutrality from which we can harness the power of clear seeing to take inspired and divinely supported action in our lives.
Join me on the full moon to experience your own inner vastness and neutrality as we leverage the efficacious technologies of pranayama and meditation from the Kundalini yoga tradition, in combination with Reiki energy healing practices.
The group will learn and practice breath and meditation techniques to invoke a mental space of neutrality. We will then learn and practice the steps to offer Reiki energy healing for ourselves and others within the safe container of conscious community.
Alexandra is a Reiki Master Teacher and Facilitator trained in the Usui Method. She teaches and practices Reiki with love, reverence, and the intention to activate each person’s inherent ability to heal and evolve from within. She is a KRI level 1 certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and teaches at RA MA Institute in the Lower East Side. Alexandra maintains committed daily meditation and yoga practices to live, work, and serve creatively, spaciously, and with integrity. Professionally trained in industrial design, Alexandra offers energy healing, and teaches Yoga through a design-like lens, serving each person holistically— as a system within larger systems. Like design, energy healing and teaching yoga are intuitive practices and require deep listening.
*Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Bring a pen and journal, as you may feel inspired to jot down ideas that are evoked during the practices. Not required, but some enjoy wearing a scarf around the head and shoulders during meditations.
