Create Your Tarot: The Fool’s Journey (NYC Workshop)
June 29th 11am-2pm · $75

Channel your inner artist and learn the basics of the tarot by drawing your own cards! We will begin with the Fool’s Journey, going over the basic meanings and exploring what each card uniquely means to you with prompts, journaling, sketching, and meditation. The Major Arcana cards represent the different stages of life, and we will explore the tarot through the lens of your own experiences and memories, discovering aspects of yourself along the way. Let your inner child out to play, expressing yourself freely onto the cards, and channeling whatever messages come through. If you have been meaning to create your own tarot deck, this is a great opportunity to get started! Although we will go through all 22 cards, this is merely the starting off point for your process and everyone is encouraged to create at their own pace.

*Although basic art materials will be provided like paper + drawing materials, please bring any other materials that you want to work with! Examples: special pens, watercolor, glitter…you get the drift.

Grace Duong is a multidisciplinary artist, designer, and intuitive from Philadelphia. She is the creator of Mystic Mondays, a tarot deck and app created with vibrant colors and high vibes. She is also Reiki 2 certified and in the midst of Reiki Master certification. Grace came across tarot while living in Los Angeles, and found that she was drawn towards tarot as a healing modality. After a period of time seeking externally, she realized that she ultimately knew the answers to her questions, within herself. That was when she decided to learn the tarot by creating her own deck, empowering herself to listen to her own intuition and trust that she already had the all the answers that she was looking for. Her intention with creating her own tarot deck was to create an intuition tool that people could use to build a stronger relationship with themselves and their own inner voice, much like what the tarot did for her.
